BEHIND THE GUIDES

Privacy, in plain language.

What this version of the website does with data and browser storage.

Last updated: October 19, 2026. This notice describes the features included in the current Amusing World website.

Website operator and contact

The publication operates under the name Amusing World. For privacy enquiries, use privacy@amusingworld163.com.

Reading and search

You can read the guides without creating an account. Site search runs in your browser against a small guide catalogue. We do not add advertising pixels or a third-party analytics script in the website code.

Your reading list

If you choose to save a guide, its identifier is stored in your browser’s local storage under amusing-world-reading-list-v1. The website does not send that list to an account server. You can remove saved guides or clear your browser’s site data. Blocking local storage does not prevent you from reading.

Contacting the publication

The contact form prepares a message in your own email application; it does not silently send or store a submission on this site. You choose whether to send the email. Messages sent to our public contact addresses are forwarded by ImprovMX to our QQ Mail inbox. ImprovMX and QQ Mail process the email to provide these services. This website does not store contact form submissions. We use enquiries to respond and handle corrections or privacy requests, not to subscribe you automatically to marketing.

Hosting and external links

The hosting provider may process ordinary request metadata, such as IP address, time and requested resource, to deliver and secure the website under its own policies. Links to source material lead to other websites with their own privacy practices.

Google data and affiliate features

This version does not offer a Google account connection, request Google API access from visitors, or load affiliate tracking links. A future feature requiring those services needs an appropriate policy update before it is enabled.

Changes and requests

Contact us if you have questions about information in a message you sent. We do not promise a deletion schedule or transfer arrangement that has not been established. This notice will be updated when the site’s actual data practices change.
